The International Recruitment Process follows 5 stages
1. Selection of foreign candidates
We work closely with recruiters in Cameroon and other French-speaking countries to offer you the best candidates, according to your needs and the positions to be filled. We are committed to presenting you with candidates who share your values.
2. Legal immigration documents
We take care of all the formalities involved in obtaining the various government authorizations required to enter Canada. We also produce the legal documents needed to obtain work visas for skilled foreign workers, or work permit renewals for foreign workers already employed. In addition to the visa process, we provide all the assistance needed to obtain a social insurance number, health card and bank account.
3. Integration follow-up
We offer integration follow-up over a 2-year period, taking into account the comments and suggestions of both employer and employee.
4. Recruitment mission
Let us know your needs six weeks in advance, and we’ll make sure we have the right candidates to meet your specifications during our recruitment missions. Our missions enable you to fill each of your positions with the ideal foreign worker.
5. Preparing, welcoming and integrating workers
We prepare workers for their departure to Canada, so that they have all the necessary and useful information on the workings of Canada and the host province (laws, customs, etc.). We contribute fully to the social and professional integration of new workers, so as to rapidly increase their performance potential for the benefit of our customers.
